We had been on the hunt for vinyl plank flooring for our basement reno that was a close match to our hardwood colour upstairs. At last, we found the perfect floor! Great customer service, I was in and out in no time without wasting anytime they were able to get my order ready before I even got to their location. I found the guys who did the work to be very meticulous about what they were doing. The back splash looked great, the floors looked absolutely fabulous and the baseboards complemented everything. Her husband and his helper were very accommodating, friendly and courteous. I was having a beginners install problem. I was not able to get the floor to click properly, he came to the house, spent an hour teaching me how to get the first few pieces started and after that it was so very easy. If it's your first time installing luxury plans flooring, ask for a quick demo in the store, it might just save you hours of needless frustration. If you have a Reno and need trim or flooring, save yourself a lot of cash and shop at Bucko's, unbeatable pricing.
